  • A prescription or referral for physical therapy is not required.

  • We specialize in neck pain, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, balance and gait disorders, vestibular therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, post-surgical, home safety and personal fitness. We bring the gym to you.

  • Not Yet! At this time, we are not contracted with any health insurance companies. We are working on that. In the mean time we can provide you with a good faith estimate and/ or a bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • A physical therapy session lasts 45-55 minutes. The session depends on the patient’s needs and no two sessions are the same, each one is catered to your individual goals and needs. Physical therapy will focus on your condition, when your goals are met, you will have the tools to maintain a pain free and active lifestyle.

  • We come to you. We work in your home on your time as well as assisted living facilities or your local gym.

  • We believe this allows us to provide you with the best possible care without having to rely on the insurance company to direct our sessions. Most patient with health insurance have high deductibles and/or high copayments and are still limited by the direction of middleman insurance companies. Our service is guided by our mutual set goals.

  • We accept cash or check and are working on a credit payment system- coming soon.

  • Yes, you can continue with strengthening, balance, endurance, fitness and wellness programs to maintain your progress.
